MOBILE FRENCH FRY TRAILER

Our new fry trailer for mobile frying.  Unit consists 8  6 inch deep fry units individual burner controls and drain each with two extra large French fry baskets per fry unit.  Each fry container holds 35# cooking oil.  Temperature set for 400-450 degrees F.  Fries 40 pounds of frozen French fries in less than 3 minutes.   Chicken, Fish, Chips, Hush Puppies, Funnel Cakes, French fries.  DOT trailer single axel with 12" spoke wheels and 2" hitch.  2 40# LP gas tanks.  $5995.00
