Our Bratwurst and Italian sausages are made from hand trimmed extra lean pork.  Seasoned with our own special seasoning blend and cooked to perfection.  Our sausages are available fresh-frozen and cooked-frozen.  Our seasoning is a little spicy but just enough to make our sausages very tasty. Custom sizes and packaging available.
